KB-Energy was founded in 2020 with a vision to deliver quality, safety-first energy services built on deep industry know-how. Today, Global Wind Service (GWS) is the company’s majority shareholder, providing a strong foundation for future growth. Despite this, KB-Energy operates with full autonomy—governance, decision-making, and day-to-day operations remain 100% independent and separate from GWS. This structure preserves our unique culture and ensures that all client relationships, project oversight, and technical excellence are driven solely by the KB-Energy team, without outside influence.
